Both my husband & I had routine colonoscopy screenings this year. We were both treated with dignity, respect & kindness as the brilliant staff attended to us ( months apart). Dr. Altman was awesome. He took time to explain his findings, chatted a bit even though quite busy, making us feel comfortable. He is a caring, accurate, skillful physician with a wonderful staff. Can't say enough about our fortune to find the practice with our recent move to Lancaster. Thank you doctor!

I feel that this doctor tried at first to help me but then got tired of trying or did not know what to do to help me. His nurse had no idea what she was talking about and was rude. I had to keep talking to her rather than him for a problem and she did not know what to tell me. He should have called..

Irresponsible to have patients wait nearly an hour after having spent all night doing bowel prep, you have the phone number.. for god's sake, call your patients and tell them to come in later.

I went to see Dr Altman 10 years ago for an ailment. I recently needed to see him again. He is very knowledgeable, professional and honest. I would recommend him to anyone who needed a Gastro Dr.

They appear to prefer healthy patients with routine office visits. When I was at my sickest I was not able to get an appointment. There was not a lot of care for a sick patient and I did not call them very often at all. Was very disappointed.

$260.00 for less than 3 minutes-----great way to force people to come in and schedule a colonoscopy, instead of calling----no purpose to office visitAND "I found nothing" verbally infront of my wife and the nurse...but billed for whole thing because he WROTE hemorraghing hemorroid....wow....how much blood was there...a pencil point?

This doctor sets a new standard for medical excellence. Superb diagnostician, brilliant, logical, highly competent and caring. Memorable experience with two (2) members of my immediate family. I highly recommend him.
