Richard Buch, M.D. is the founder of The Dallas Limb Restoration which has become a national referral center for complex pathologies of the knee, shoulder, and hip. As a leader in his field and featured expert at countless national and international meetings Dr. Buch has offered patients innovative technologies and treatment solutions for over 25 years. Dr. Buch is a board-certified fellowship-trained orthopedic & regenerative medicine specialist who focuses on treating pain, injury, & degenerative conditions.
Dr. Buch has been performing regenerative medicine procedures for years to provide patients with non-surgical evidence-based treatment options for conditions such as arthritis, injury, and overuse. Dr. Buch's treatment philosophy has always been to exhaust conservative proven treatment modalities to reduce pain and restore a patient's quality of life without a surgical procedure.
The majority of the regenerative medicine procedures Dr. Buch offers are done in the office with little to no downtime. There are times when surgery is necessary and regenerative medicine therapies such as PRP or mesenchymal stem cells are natural treatment options that can be used in conjunction with a surgical procedure to expedite the healing process.
