Dr. Phelps is an excellent physician — attentive, thorough, and genuinely helpful. However, his office staff leaves much to be desired. They are often unprofessional, discourteous, and seem poorly trained. I would still recommend Dr. Phelps for his medical expertise, but be prepared for a frustrating experience with his administrative team.

A sad place for care.

An absolute disgrace to the medical profession. Does not take the time to listen to any issues. Continuously interrupts you while speaking. Has a strict “time limit” or will charge you more. (Uses his interrupting tactics to make the session last longer, so he can charge you more) Prescribes medication that is not necessary. He is not interested in therapy, only interested in writing meds for unecesaary medications. He should go find another profession for acting so unethical. Please stay away.

Having never been to a doctor of this sort before I was nervous, but it seems like he genuinely cares. Also, is very helpful to those without insurance. You know what you are going to spend, and its reasonable.
