I was referred to Dr. Cardosi for treatment of endometrial cancer. Dr. Cardosi has been professional and thorough, yet he has treated me with compassion and caring. He answered my questions and never made me feel rushed. I am thankful to have a doctor of his caliber here in our area. Thank you

Lakeland is indeed lucky to have Dr. Cardosi. When dealing with the worst news, it is so comforting to have such a knowledgeable doctor. He is a skilled doctor and surgeon.

I am lucky to be part of the Watson Clinic family. All of my doctors are with Watson Clinic, and when I was referred to Dr Richard Cardosi due to a diagnosis of Endometrial Cancer, I found out he is the best in his field in the Lakeland area. I was told this by a nurse. He is sensitive, honest and caring. I love the fact that he doesn't sugar coat things. When reading through some of the reviews I was saddened that not everyone had the positive experience that I have had. Oh and his PA Jessica Lyons, well she rates right up there with Dr Cardosi in my opinion.

If your looking for an oncologist who will explain your diagnosis and walk you and your family through an already difficult time this is the wrong doctor/clinic. Your questions will not be answered you will be treated poorly or have delayed treatment as they fail to communicate with patient and other facilities as well as your insurance. I have worked in oncology and never experienced something so terrible like I have with this doctor , nurse and Watson Clinic. I hope my review will help other people so they don't have to experience what my mom did. A delay of treatment, days of back and forth phone calls, failure to obtain prior auths, lack of communication and non negotiable amount of money prior.

This surgeon has a god complex. He is incredibly condescending toward patients and even hospital staff. He's very arrogant for somebody that has injured several people's aortas. Learn from my experience and avoid this guy.
