Really all he cares about is bringing money in. Won't let you have blood drawn at another place

I am extremely angry about a situation I encountered at Dr Charles’ office this morning. I skipped breakfast and drove in to give a blood sample at 7:00am only to find a sign up stating that the lab would open at 9:00am. This was completely maddening since I changed my morning routine just to do this before work. Not only was I inconvenienced today, but now I have to do this again sometime soon. Couldn’t the office found somebody to cover the lab so it would be open at its normal time? If I had missed an appointment at this practice, I would be charged for it, yet I have no recourse here. I wonder how many other patients have come in early today for blood work only to find they’ve wasted a trip. If this ever happens again, I’ll find myself a new physician!

I have had long standing joint pain and fatigue. Seen multiple doctors. Staff was amazing Nurse who asked many appropriate questions during my rooming. Doctor spent significant time going over her history and made several very helpful suggestions of improvement quality of life would recommend to anyone

I saw doctor at the recommendation of family. Have many illnesses arthritis chronic fatigue. Team was very friendly nurse was incredibly engaging. He gave me many suggestions of improved by quality of life I'm grateful

Recently changed physicians I had long-standing symptoms Staff was friendly during intake. Doctor asked lots of relevant questions testing and evaluation revealed serious problem that was treated and I will maintain good health

Staff rude. Nurse was cold. Robotic. My questions not addressed. Previous results were not reviewed. Didn’t get my question addressed. Had to pay most of my large bill due to high deductible. Went to an urgent care type facility 3 days later to get my problem treated which cost more money.

Pleasant staff upon check-in room provided. Attentive nurse. Spent a great deal of time helping understand my current medical situation medications and allergies. Dr. stent a long time with me helping to diagnose my problems. Nursing staff follow-up with laboratory and x ray tests great referral to subspecialist

Dr. Charles has a great team. His nurses who groomed me and did an EKG treated me respectfully and seemed very interested in my health and well-being. The front and staff was amazing friendly and smiled as they could probably telemetry was nervous. The doctor listened all my concerns made sure was up-to-date on my health screening activities and set me to some really good subspecialists I will be able to communicate with the team on the portable both his nurse and himself have responded when I needed help

He appears to think very highly of himself. But, comes across as stressed, overworked, rushed , and irritable. He rarely smiles and doesn't really remember you. He gets annoyed if he thinks he will have to spend more than 5 minutes with you and then you get a huge bill and accomplished nothing. Doesn't want to get to know you as a person- a numbers guy. Be careful if you are even 10lbs over weight, he will make you feel awful instead of really helping you. Office never answers phone and forget it if you want to hear back the same day. Office is very into numbers-not yours, but theirs-you don't get your problems addressed because they are interested in checking quality boxes, having high volumes of patients and looking good on paper. A quality person will cold call you periodically during the day and barrage you with health questions when you meet a certain age mile stone and if you're at work, you will have to just hang up because they won't be courteous if you say you are at work and they just keep talking. He forgets to put diagnoses on referrals and the check out clerk will ask your diagnoses in front of other patients (one who happened to be a patient's co-worker- very thin adherence to HIPPA)

staff gives out wrong information, personal health information was discussed at the check-out desk, phone calls not returned

Very conscientious and a good listener. He appreciates my knowledge of my condition and supports a healthy lifestyle without being pushy. He speaks directly to me and encourages dialogue.

Affable, but quick to prescribe meds. His "my way or the highway" approach can at times feel very condescending.

When I came to see Dr. Charles I was dying what a clinic in 18 years didn’t do for me this Doctor did in 3 years. His the best and I’m forever grateful ??

Dr. Charles has a very keen sense of medicine. He not only is very knowledgeable but is able to reiterate my issues in a way I understand. He has helped me tremendously and is very thorough with his tests and follow ups. Additionally, his referrals to other specialists is top notch as they also have remediated issues that concerned me. I strongly believe he is well worth the wait.
