Dr. Greg Doyle, MD

This was an emergency room visit.I was instructed by my Ortho doctor on Friday to go to the ER if the swelling got worse. Concern of compartment syndrome.I went to the ER. The doctor sat in a chair and said "what do you want me to do about it" Did not look at it did not ask questions nothing. Now I'm stuck because I can't work do the worsening of my hand swelling and no one will help me.

The doctor had reviewed my medical records, given a recent bout with pneumonia, he suggested a chest X-ray to confirm my symptoms were or were not indicating that. Once X-ray results were complete, he confirmed that my symptoms were indicating pneumonia, and he suggested a targeted plan to address them. The office called in prescriptions to the pharmacy, and I had them in less than an hour.

Non communicative. Non responsive. No direction on addressing or resolving issues. I asked Dr. Doyle for input on weight and diet issues. I got nothing. He asked if I was regularly testing for blood sugar level, but gave no expectations or directions for doing so. Complaints were not discussed, but rather prescription after prescription was ordered for anything and everything, many of which are not taken due to lack of need or horrifying side effects. A prescription for what must be the most expensive medication on the market was ordered for 90 days, even after I requested a 30-day supply. A seven-day sample would have been appropriate. None was offered. Two pills, and I ached so bad I could hardly walk. Over $3,200 was wasted on this huge error in judgement! Dr. Doyle had told me that the company would help "...if you can't afford" this medication. He has no idea how ridiculously destitute one has to prove to be before a pharmaceutical company will help a patient afford their… overpriced products! After years of disappointment, I no longer trouble Dr. Doyle for his "expertise."

This doctor is not as knowledgeable as he claims. What doctor in their right mind would send someone out driving around and going to work while having strokes??? We're told to get them to hospital ASAP in hopes to reverse damage. Not this one, he just tells my husband to drive around and take test and go to work all the while he was stroking.
