I am just sitting in this crapy office and waiting for hearing test for more than one Hour and they told me I have to wait for 45 min more !!

I don't know why the receptionist is still working there. She is so rude & unkindly person. Because of Dr. Eng that was why I have to come here. Otherwise this office is not an option for me to choose. :(

I'm not a typical reviewer. In fact the only reason I'm writing this is, in the hope that it will help the people out there. If it had helped one person make the right decision on whether to come or not to this doctor, I'm happy. A couple months back I visited Dr. Richard Eng, for hissing sound, and some hearing loss in one of the ears. He recommended an injection right into the ear drum, and told me that the chances of getting cured is only 50%. So the injection may or may not work, which is fine with me, and I understood the same. Couple days later after the first injection, the ear problem didn't go away, and he recommended another injection. When my wife asked more questions on why we need second injection, is this the right way proceed , the doctor got offended for no reason and responded really rudely. As a patient, we may have questions. And the doctor who is supposed to be knowledgeable on the field of medicine, is the one who has answers, and one if his duty is to explain… that to patients. Even if you can't answer, at least DO NOT BE RUDE. Anyway, I took the second injection as well, and it didn't cure. And that's okay with me. That's wasn't the issue at all. But for the injections he did, they charged me approximately $3000 each. I took a similar injection (third one) with a different ear specialist, and it costed me less than $300. It didn't cure either. But at least the other doc didn't take advantage of my situation and charged a whole LOT. So, if you want to spend 10 to 30 times of doctor fee than usual, and put a huge hole in your wallet/savings, please go see this doc. If not, go see some other ear specialist. Also even if have insurance, they want to collect the deductible or whatever the amount that they think would be charged (before even claiming it through proper channels). So what is the guarantee, once they claim it, both would be same. Why can't they claim the insurance first, and come back for the rest of the billing to us, just like every other hospital does. That itself seems to me as a rip off. So if you have insurance, my suggestion is to avoid this doctor facility itself. I hope this review is helpful to the general public out there.

HIs bedside manner is bad! He doesnt take enough care and if you uncomforatble he tels you " its all in your mind"I didnt feel treated well..
