Dr. Richard Fred Jones, DO

This is the worst medical office I have ever dealt with. I will never go there again. If you are unfortunate enough to have this place as your primary, run don't walk to your insurance company and DUMP THEM QUICKLY!!!!!

Never seen doctor only even though told by hospital not see anyone but doctor, slow in getting referrals, staff is rude

I have seen Dr. Jones several times. He Is very rude making snide remarks and not listening to what I am saying. Does not care , does not give test results, does not explain your condition, and leaves the room abruptly leaving you with unanswered questions. Office staff treats you like a number and act like you are bothering them. If you are looking for someone with compassion this is not the place, I will not be going back!

I was a patient of his pa dr jasmine our who family was her patient for over 10 years she recently moved so they scheduled a appointment with him and I was totally unhappy with him i eas telling him about the issues I was having he left the room before I finished his assistant came in and said he will see mr in 4 months my wife seen him once and my is a little over weight but he called her fat i think that he could of used a different word and when you need to see him or any of his staff 3 months wait needless to say that i am changing drs.while i really lik jasmine the rest of the staff have horrible bedside manners and for all my referrals I'm the one who has to do all the calling and forget about calling you with the results you have to call them or leave them a message and hope they call you back. Won't be going back

Unprofessional staff. Rude, condescending. When a patient is in pain, they dont care and book your appointment for months later. They hang up on patients when they are asking questions and are worried about their care. Dr. Jones message is , we as patients will get kind ,compassionate and good care but that is not true. This rude behavior towards patients has been reported to Dr. Jones and it still continues. I guess he doesn't care how his patients are treated. I will be filing many complaints against this Doctors office.

Finally, a Doctor who listens,so rare in High Desert. So many patients expect and desire healthcare delivery we received in the past. That will never happen. Don't blame the doctor. This doc is the best. Also PA Jasmine is the best Front and back office will serve you well just exercise a little patience. Am grateful Dr. Jones is here in High Desert. Thank you all.

I left a phone message on the practitioner's phone mail a few minutes after 8 am on 2-25-2016 and told them that the pain medication and muscle relaxe ...

DIAGNOSIS/DIABETES FEET SWELLED FOR A MONTH CAN"T WALK I"M ASSIGNED TO BY OBAMA CARE AND I CAN"T GET IN TO SEE HIM THE SOONEST 35DAYS FROM TODAY APPOINTMENT LADY LAUGHED AT ME THEY ARE JERKS IF I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO HIM THEY SUCK THATS WHAT YOU GET IN THE HIGH DESERT

Take a month to get appointment dometimes

Horrible doctor! Staff is just as bad. Most of the time you see a PA. They order test, but never give you the results.
