Buyers beware. Dr. Goldwater was by far the worst mental health care provider I have worked with in the past 50 years. He diagnosed our daughter as "hysterical." Later opinions accurately recognized severe depression. The delay caused by working with Dr. Goldwater led to severe repercussions for our daughter.

Getting to the heart of your problems

If you want to be coddled, Dr. Goldwater is not for you. But if you want a to understand and get to the heart of your issues, he is your man. My husband and I saw him over ten years ago and we still reflect on his words of wisdom. His therapy has withstood the test of time.

This physician has a problem listening to the real needs of his patients. He has difficulty separating his own needs from that his patients. I would not recommend him for patients needing an empathic supportive therapist.
