The day I called this office about a bill that was mailed to me was the worst day of my life. The lady I spoke with did not listen to me and she was as well rude by hanging up on me which makes me to feel the that they are scammers and I traced the office so to be sure if they were real or scam and I found out the office is UPS office so I ignore the bill then my bill was reported as derogatory remarks and I called again to talk to them again and at the mention of my name and the bill she just keep going on and on and was YELLING at the same time and I told her to please stop yelling at me because that was what I experienced that made me to think they are scammers and she hang up on me then I called back and the person that picked my phone said she did not hang up that she put me on hold. Really on hold without letting me know that she's going to put me on hold. This set of people are unprofessional and EXTREMELY Rude. I will never recommend or visit again
