Dr. Richard Horak is a family medicine physician who has been practicing for over three decades. He earned his medical degree from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine and completed his internship at Saint Joseph Hospital in 1995, followed by his residency at The Christ Hospital in 1998.
