Horrible doctor! Never follows up with patients or asks how they are doing. Always looking for credit card (MONEY)!. (Dr Darcy) does more than the doctor & that includes giving meds! The wait is always over an hour if he shows! I do not reccomend Dr. Heller...

I've been a patient of Dr. Helmets for over 15 years. He's hands down the most knowledgeable, caring, whitty, professional doctor I've ever seen. I'd be lost with out him. Top grade.

1 Hour my butt!My appointment was at 3:30 and I am now just leaving and it's 6:48 so 3hrs and 18mins that is crazy long to be in a doctors office for a perscription refill.

I have have only seen Dr. Heller about a dozen times now but I could not be more pleased. He seems to listen and really care about what I have to say. Anyone who takes time out of there day to listen to others is someone special. He does not seem to be doing it for the money, rather to see the simple smile on my face. I feel charged up again when he is able to lift the weight of all my stress. Timing and organization is not his strong points but it seems to me it is worth the wait.

If you want an average capable Dr who is Happy to see you and nod their head ad infinitem and passively treat you ,then Dr. Heller is not for you. If you want a throw back to the old school of real caring doctors who go the extra mile and bend over backwards to accomodate all different needs with genuine palpable care then Dr Heller is for you. His likeability factor is so high that I often forget I'm talking to a seasoned professional and not one of my best friends. His intellect is towering and his presence is not intimidating. He has a comfortably disshovled look. I never write reviews but he deserves kudos. If you want healing in your life regardless of what your suffering from, give yourself a present and go see the best Dr this side of Manhattan. You will be grateful and soon find yourself grateful and appreciative. I wish I met him earlier because my quality of life and my marriage has improved dramaticly. His office staff ( Darcy ) is highly professional and sweet with a… welcoming smile and the memory of an elephant. She as well has gone the extra mile and has even called me at home if there was a cancellation to squeeze me in earlier.Thank youCM
