Dr. Richard Powell is a vascular and cardiovascular surgeon with four decades of experience treating complex blood vessel conditions. He earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee and completed his residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark.
