Dr. Kofkoff and staff have been absolutely amazing. I have a very small frame and was beyond nervous to get the surgery and that they would be too big for my body. Dr. Kofkoff could not have done a better job. The staff has been there for me through every question and concern I have had and has made the experience wonderful.

About a year ago, I decided that I wanted to undergo breast augmentation. I'd always been self-conscious about my small breasts, so I set out to research aesthetic plastic surgeons in the area. I spoke with several acquaintances about their experiences and finally decided to meet with Dr. KofKoff for a consultation. From the moment I walked in the door, everyone made me feel perfectly comfortable and cared for. I never felt rushed, pressured or misled. Everything was explained in great detail so I felt very comfortable with my decision-the day of my initial consultation, Dr. KofKoff sat with me and my husband for well over an hour to discuss my options and the procedure in great detail-how often do you get to speak with the surgeon at length BEFORE committing to the surgery? I decided to have the procedure and cannot say enough about how happy I am with the results! I had the implants placed under the muscle, so they look perfectly natural and now-a little over 6 months… post-surgery-I feel like I've always looked this way! My recovery was swift and Dr. KofKoff and staff were always there to answer questions and provide moral support. I cannot say enough positive things-I recommend Dr. KofKoff to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and extremely talented plastic surgeon. Thank you so much to him and his amazing team!

2 days post-op. Met with several board certified surgeons and chose Kofkoff because I was so impressed with him and his staff! He really takes time to get to know you, answer all of your questions, provide you with all necessary information, and set realistic expectations. I highly recommend having a consultation with him and a few other plastic surgeons. You will immediately notice the difference and no doubt make the same decision I did. Surgery went well, my pain is minimal, I have been contacted by him personally and his staff since returning home (2 separate phone calls). I contacted him around 8pm two nights before the surgery and was able to speak with him which was very meaningful. If you're considering a breast augmentation in Missouri I definitely recommend meeting with Kofkoff!

Excellent Plastic Surgeon! Highly recommend! A Big Thanks to the amazing Dr. Kofkoff, his patient coordinator, Teresa, and the first class St. Louis Surgical Center. I knew immediately during my first consultation that Dr. K. would be the perfect surgeon for me. I had breast implant removal with no replacement or lift. It was a tough decision to make because the outcome is hard to predict, but Dr. K. made me feel calm and very comfortable in my decision. I knew for a very long time I wanted this done and it was a blessing I found a skilled surgeon like him that would understand and make it easy for me. His bedside manner and personable nature were absolutely the best! The anesthesiologist and surgical staff at Surgical Center were top notch and gave me tremendous care. Teresa kept me informed and calm during the whole process, from the consultation, pre-op to post-op. And.....to top it all off......my results are Amazing!!! Thank you Dr. Kofkoff!!!

I decided for my 30th birthday present and the final decision that we were done having kids, that I would have a breast augmentation. After nursing all 3 kids, I was down to an A cup. I didn't want anything drastic, just something that looked natural on my body. I had never been bigger than a B cup prior to kids, so I was shooting for a full C cup. Dr. Kofkoff and Teresa were absolutely wonderful. I couldn't have ask for a better experience with them. They both went out of their way to make sure that all of our needs were met and both are genuinely nice people. The surgery was quick and simple. Dr Kofkoff even called me shortly after I got home to check on me. Recovery was a breeze. There was maybe two days that my breasts felt "full", but didn't require more than Ibuprofin for pain. I did choose to get the long lasting numbing medicine during surgery that cost a little extra, but definitely worth it. I was so scared of having surgery, this was my first time. Dr. Kofkoff made it an… easy experience. I have a smaller frame, so I chose to get silicone implants under the muscle. They look more natural than I could have ever hoped for. I measure a full C cup, which is exactly what I wanted. I do have two small scars under each breast, but a bra or swimsuit covers them up. You actually can't even see them when naked, unless I lift my breasts up. I had a little bit of numbness in my nipples for a couple of months after surgery, but have regained probably 90% of my sensation in them. I am so thankful that I did this! I would recommend Dr Kofkoff in a heartbeat!!

Dr. Kofkoff performed surgery for male breast reduction on my 17-year-old son. As one can imagine, this was emotionally very sensitive. He and his staff were unfailingly courteous, professional, and genuinely caring. They put both my son and me completely at ease. Dr. Kofkoff thoroughly and realistically explained the benefits and risks. My son and I interviewed several different doctors (all highly rated), and when we walked back out into the parking lot after our first conversation with Dr. Kofkoff, my son said, "There's no question--he's the one." The procedure went flawlessly. My son recovered beautifully and has no visible scars. Dr. Kofkoff changed his life!

I am 100% satisfied with my breast augmentation performed by Dr. Kofkoff. After my first visit with Dr. Kofkoff, it took me months to decide if BA was right for me. I asked hundreds of questions, and Dr. Kofkoff and Teresa were happy to answer every one. I am so glad I made the decision to have the procedure. Dr. Kofkoff really listened to what I wanted re: size (I did not want to go too large) and appearance, and he really delivered. I felt safe and confident throughout the entire surgery and recovery process. I was amazed at how quickly I could move around, and pain was minimal. I had a breast lift and augment approx 3 months ago. I am beyond pleased with my results. Dr Kofkoff and his staff were recommended by a friend and I am so glad they were. The entire office has been very thorough with all their explanations from the very first visit. Every detail was covered from the procedure details to sizing to procedure costs.
