Dr. Richard Kopolovic, MD

i cannot say enough nice things about this doctor. his entire approach was totally centered around my needs and the results were fantastic. he is respectful and completely understands the importance of really listening to the patient. i highly recommend this doctor!!

I usually don't write reviews, but I wouldn't recommend this doctor. He is in the profession just for the money. I went to see him for my deviated septum. After everything was done, I told him I only preferred the functional surgery and not the cosmetic. He said since I wasn't doing cosmetic, he wouldn't do the functional surgery either. My trips to his office and the payments all went to waste. If a doctor doesn't have your best interest and is only in the profession for the money is probably not the doctor I would recommend to anyone.

Just Horrid!! Despicable human being. After hearing my terrible ordeal with a procedure that landed me in the emergency room, he laughed in my face and said " I don't care!". I was just shocked and he repeatedly told me that he does not care about my ordeal. This coming from a doctor?? Compassionate, he is not!! Pompous and arrogant. His demeanor was extremely condescending, harsh...just appalling!!!! He actually asked me very harshly and in a condescending manner, if I were to get a refund...."will you just go away?!!!". I couldn't believe how he was speaking to me! He repeated himself again, "yeah, will you just go away?!!", if I get a refund. Not once even acknowledging one of my questions, as to why I ended up in the emergency room with a facial infection after restylane injections. Be forewarned, if you will have to go back to see him with any problems or complications that you may acquire...this is how you will be treated. I felt abused after the appointment. I am taking… the time to write this because after this experience I searched reviews of him online....I was shocked at how good they are....only to come to the conclusion that they were likely to have been written by him (false/fake) impersonating patients, or he had people post (fake reviews) on his behalf. I scrolled all the way down to the bottom and read the bad ones, which like me had the unfortunate ordeal of dealing with the real Dr. Kopolovic.....just appalling! Then all of a sudden he had a bunch of great reviews posted after the truthful , honest bad ones. Most people won't take the time to scroll through reviews and read the bad ones. Check out VITALS.COM, the honest reviews (awful ones) are all at the bottom. Then a string of good ones (false) on top of them.....to cover up the bad ones. In addition, his Hinsdale office is nasty. As soon as you walk into the reception waiting area it smells really bad, it wreaks of mildew and there is water damage and MOLD on the ceiling tiles!! This is a doctor's office? Mold.....!

Dr Kopolovic and Bobbie are great! I have been getting Botox and filler with him for several months. He does a great job asking questions so you are sure to get the right results. He is conservative with the treatment which I like. It is just enough to make tou look a little younger and well rested. It is very easy to get an appointment and I enjoy talking to both of them as they are very friendly and easy going. His prices are also very fair. I would definitely recommend him.

I recently had a breast reduction procedure performed by Dr. Kopolovic. I can't say enough about the experience - both Dr. K and Bobbie were wonderful, explaining hte procedure and recovery, throughout the procedure and the recovery phase. I would recommend Dr. K and the procedure to anyone considering it. I wish I had done this years ago and wouldn't consider going any where else.

Everyone in the office has always been very professional and helpful.

I really like the customer service. I also appreciate appointments taking place on time. Staff is always friendly and very willing to help.

The work done by this doctor is a work of art. He knows exactly what to do and how to do it. Nurses are very nice and help you through the recovery process.

Dr. Kopolovic is always pleasant and personable. The results always exceed expectations and I love coming here.

I have been coming to see Dr. K for some time and have always loved the service, staff and his sense of humor.
