I went to over six doctors, three other ENT's and none could find my problem or diagnose my nasal symptoms. All said my ears were clear, Dr. Ragsdale took black tarry wax out of both ears, did nasal surgery, removed bone spurs, was available for my calls after surgery, this was an extremely new experience for me as all the other doctors just wrote me off telling me, that you are over 60 years old, your teeth hurt because they are bad, every doctor I saw blamed the problem or as I should put it pushed me off to another doctor. The follow up and care at Presby by the nurses was exceptional. The doctor is exceptional. I highly recommend this ENT doctor to anyone with sinus nasal problems.

Dr.was not a good listener. Problem went unsolved. Have to start over with a new dr. I was very frustrated by the whole thing - ordered test for something other than I needed. So I still don't know what is growing in my neck. Office staff insisted make an appt. to get my test results even though dr said they were normal. (?)

After spending about 25 minutes in the waiting room, filling out paperwork, Dr. Ragsdale spent no more than 6 minutes with me - he did not review my medical history I had sent over, he frequently interrupted me, I did not feel listened to at all, he sent me packing with more prescriptions that have not helped my sinus issues. My visit to him was extremely frustrating, upsetting, and time-wasting. Horrible doctor.
