bad doctor, on the day of the surgery he told me he was going to remove the kidney stone and until I left the hospital, the hospital and I thought he had it, I only found out a few days later that I still had the stone in my kidney and still, The bad doctor asked me to pretend I was in pain after 30 days to be admitted to the hospital and he told me he would have the machine to remove the available stone

I have struggled with urinary problems that my old Urologist could not correct. On my initial visit to Dr Lotenfoe he knew right away what he suspected my problem was but to be safe had me take a CT scan, Blood Work, Urine examination and a 24 hour urine specimen. He also prescribed me a prescription which would help me in the short term before my follow up visit. He told me what my options would be (medicine, surgical, etc) but made me relaxed with knowing we were going to do these tests first rather than jump into expensive surgical corrections. Yesterday I had the follow up appointment and Dr Lotenfoe carefully and professionally explained to me the results of my tests, and told me I only had a bladder issue which could be resolved simply with a 30 day prescription. I am happy to say in just two days my problem was cured. For two years I suffered urinating but in just two visits to Dr Lotenfoe I am now cured. Amazing. Using a friendly, experienced Doctor was the answer… to my problem and I would highly recommend Dr Lotenfoe for any urology issue. He is friendly, direct, and extremely knowledgeable. His staff are also very friendly and professional. Perfect!

I had cryotherapy with Dr. Lotenfoe with extremely bad outcome.after the surgery I had 3 bladder obstructions.went to ER 3times and Dr. L could not correct it and he did not care.Very bad attitude and bad bedside manner.I suffered the complications for 6months until I found another specialist to correct it.Please dont let him do any cryotherapy on anybody.it is not the right treatment for cancer of the prostate.

dr lotenfoe in my experience is non caring non compassionate kind of doctor.my prostate surgery with him was a total disaster.I almost died od depression because of his results.and after the surgery he did not care about the complications.I have to find another doctor to corrects his mess.

Dr Lotenfoe is an excellent diagnostician with an excellent bedside manner. Very friendly with an outgoing, assuring personality. Very positive experience and I highly recommend him as a top doc for Urology

What terrible bedside manner! I have never encountered a more awful and rude human being before. Shame on him for using his power as a doctor to treat people with such disrespect. Be careful .. he shows little concern for your loved ones and has zero respect for your time.

Was spoken to with disrespect while taking care of my grandfather. He refused to answer any of my questions while I was watching over my grandfather in the hospital. Beware of this Dr! He has way too many terrible reviews. I would suggest literally anyone but him.

Complete disregard for your time and not friendly or caring.... He overbooks patients and makes you wait with no regard for your time... Extremely poor communication skills and very bad bedside manner... Hard to trust a doctor that makes you wait 2 hours and then enters the room and doesn't look you in the eye and acts like your a bother to him and leaves in the middle of your appointment to attend the next appointment without having finished with you ... What a disappointing experience... Accomplished NOTHING... Do yourself a favor and find another urologist.

I’m new to this practice and I have found the staff to be extremely courteous and helpful. Dr. Lotenfoe is a nice gentleman and has been very helpful. He is direct and to the point which may bother some people but not me. I will continue to see him for the care I need.
