Dr Margolin bedside manner is unbelievable. We have been using him for 11 yrs, when admitted into Condell, he was there. Concider yourself grateful to be his patient.

I've been going to Dr. Margolin for over 11 years and recommend everyone to him! He's given me many referrals for me and my son and they've been just as great! If I've ever had an issue with someone he referred me to, he called and complained to them and gave me someone else I would be happier with. Some times he does seem rushed, but he's a doctor and has hospitals calling and other patients to see, not just me. Most times he sits and answers every single question I have, no matter how dumb I may think it is, until I feel better and have all the answers I need. I will not be changing or complaining just because his practice has gotten bigger like some of these other people are saying. Wouldn't you rather have a doctor that people WANT to see than one who has nothing going on? He's stuck with me whether he's happy about it or not lol and he takes fantastic care of me AND my son!

My family has seen Dr. Margolin since 2008, with some breaks due to travel. Initially he was friendly, even funny, and his staff was professional and courteous. I would have rated him 5 stars for the first 5 years or so. However, I have noticed a sharp drop in service from the doctor in the last few years. He is incredibly rushed in his visits. On my first visit back to him after several years when asking for a referral for a psychiatric consultation, he spent a little more than 1 minute in the room with me after I waited about 20 minutes in the room (another 10 outside in the waiting area). He spent most of the time typing on his laptop, hardly looking at me. He did ask after my family briefly, which was nice. The next 2 times I've visited he has been equally as rushed and abrupt. On one occasion, he was arguing with a patient next to my room so loudly I could hear their conversation! While I do think the patient was being unfair from what I heard, I shouldn't have heard an argument… at all - not professional. Overall I will standby his practice. I have not had a misdiagnosis and to my knowledge my whole family has received adequate and reliable service. We go to him because we know him. If he's going through a personal matter, that might explain this change. Hopefully he can find a way to bring joy to his work again.

Love the doctor - Staff is very user unfriendly. They seem polite, but don't seem to get things right. My blood test got "lost." I also waited over 2 hours for blood work because they forgot to mark me in, they seem very uncaring on a personal level and every time I go in to see the doctor, they have an almost completely new staff. The staff must move from one office to another for Vista and you just don't get any knowledgeable relationship with any of them. Doctor Margolin is great though. Will always work with you and listens to what you have to say about your health. Professional and courteous at all times.

Dr.Margolin is one of the most wonderful, caring Doctor I know. I appreciate all that he does for me and my family. He is a doctor that goes beyound and then some. His staff is very sweet and very curtious, but they lack patient follow up with promptness, they do not follow up as they should. they lack good patient communication, the management staff is no better. if it wasn't for Dr. Margolin i would have left a long time ago.

Great Doctor I bring my consumer's in from Northpointe and he is always ready to help us with our needs he works so well with our population and we are glad he is their Doctor. Keep up the Good work Dr. Margolin we appreciate you. Thanks
