Awesome Doc. Had zero problems with him and Staff

I was referred to Dr. Orgill from my PCP. After fighting sinusitis for years I can now breathe. The sinusplasty was pretty much pain free. Follow up was great. His staff has treated me great. I highly recommend Dr. Orgill.

Basically, I felt Dr. Orgill did not have time for me. I was a little amazed when they didn't check my blood pressure, temperature, nothing, like they always do in other doctors' offices. Just put me in a room to wait on the doctor. In all fairness, I'm sure he was rushed as he had several patients in the waiting room, and he could have been having a bad day, but he didn't seem to be listening when I tried to tell him my problem. He seemed to be engrossed in typing things into his computer, and when I tried to ask a question, he just blew me off. I have a lot of medical problems and have been to many doctors, and I am accustomed to a doctor sitting down with me and taking their time with me, finding out what the problem is, and explaining what they plan to do. This did not happen, and I was truly upset when I left his office. Consequently, I found another ENT doctor.

One of his associates, Dr Sigmon, did sinuplasty on my sinus in 2010, very significant issues after. Went back, to no avail. Now find out he did something to my sinus that should not have been done, probably caused all my misery. Recently saw Dr Orgill, he just blew off my sinus issues. Waste of $35 copay!!

This Dr has been a savior for my 9month old baby with multiple ear infections and zero hearing in one ear! He took my concerns seriously and got him scheduled for tubes right away. And when he started getting sick the day after surgery he was quick to get him the medicine he needed without having to be seen! Saved me and my son another visit to him! Thank you!

I never have any problems with appointments. Wait time is very short. Staff is courteous and competent.Dr. Orgill provides a professional, informative experience, with a friendly and personable attitude.I have been under his care for few years with positive results; I am grateful for his expert diagnosis and follow-on care.

I was referred to Dr. Orgill because my >2 year old needed multiple procedures. Dr. Orgill was caring, informative, and competent throughout the ordeal. Now lets talk about his staff. His receptionist CARLA is incompetent, communicates poorly, is very rude, and displays an attitude whenever I have had the "pleasure" of encountering her. Carla is so terrible, I have considered finding another ENT. Which is really sad considering the remarkable improvement my child has made since being under Dr. Orgill's care.

I was referred to this doctor from another ent to review my mri test results due to a cyst in my sinuses. I was told to have my results faxed to Dr. Orgill. Over a week later I go in for my appt. Waited over 30 minutes, go into the doctors office, he says well I don't have the information I need to go over ur results, so either you can reschedule or I can schedule you a cat scan. I asked why did u not call me and tell me you need the actual images and ask me to get them from the hospital, I took off work to come to this appt. I can't take off work all the time. His response was well sorry at least you got to see where we are located. So I go to the front desk and she asked if I want to reschedule I told not right now I don't know when I can ask off again. She said I didn't have to pay anything, so I leave and call my insurance they said I owe at least 20%. So I called office to make sure they were not going to bill me because the doctor did not even look at me. She said ok they… wouldn't bill me and she understood. So when I call to reschedule I left 3 or more messages during business hours and no one would return my call.

After years of intensive and repetetive analysis from several doctors, with unsatisfactory results, I decided to live with my problem and enjoy life outside of the medical facilities. After a very difficult experience, I decided to again seek medical assistance. I was referred to yet another doctor - Dr Orgill. Using a methodical approach, he corrected my condition and it has absolutely changed my life.
