Dr Wolff is friendly, puts people at ease, and has been very responsive to my needs.

Everything is working out well.

I had a very difficult case of depression. Difficult in that while I was very sensitive to medication, they were not effective. Dr Wolff was very supportive during the multi-year experience of counseling a drug treatment. Ultimately there was no drug at the time which was effective.

Not able to deal with challenging situations

Dr. Wolff is scatter brained. He misses appointment and is very disorganized. He avoids any sort of eye contact during his appointments with you. After he missed my appointment, when I came in for my next appointment there was no apology. Fast forward a few weeks, I miss an appointment with him purely by accident, the entry did not save in my phone, so I argued that I should not be charged as he missed an appointment with me previously. His staff refuses to talk to me on the matter and forwards me to his voicemail, where he then writes a letter to me stating there was no neglegance on his or his staff's part, so I am liable for the $155. His assistant Christy called me when he missed the appointment and told me thank you for handling it so well but, no one in his office seems to remember the incident. Dr. Wolff is not a good doctor. No bedside manner. Avoid any sort of confrontation to speak to someone in person. Would rather send a letter. I will never go back to him or… anyone on his staff.

Dr. Wolff is a stressed-out individual with so many patients he has little knowledge of details regarding their case and appropriate follow-up.

I became addicted to Xanax. Dr Wolff kept prescribing me refills and I rarely visited with him. I had to go through intense therapy to improve. I made an appointment out of therapy, and forgot about it as I was just trying to get back to normal. He sent me a $155 no show bill. I tried to negotiate being I've never no showed on him before in over 5 years of working with him. He wouldn't budge. He wouldn't even reduce my fine or do a short payment plan. Beware of this doctor!!! He's never going to see me again!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Wolff for almost a year and frankly, there are very few psychiatrists (or even regular doctors) out there that are as well versed in physiological effects of medications as Dr. Wolff. He's willing to listen and figure out what a person needs. And if that person does not need medication, then he refers them to a therapist. He also works with my other doctors to figure out the best mix for me.
