Dr. Payne helped me understand my mental illness more and I’ve improved more since seeing him than I have with other psychiatrists. He took the time to get me back to functioning like I used to.

Dr. Payne has helped me with understanding mental illness in a different way than other psychiatrists. He is very knowledgeable in medications and has helped with treatment for me after other treatment has not worked. He truly wants to help you

Very disappointed took a lot for me to reach out and try to get help- did not seem understanding of this at all nor receptive to helping me

He is unprofessional,unethical and he does not listen to what you have to say. He does not have very much compassion and not very caring of your feelings. He says rude and inappropriate comments.

Do not see this doctor. He is rude, racist, and very inappropriate. He will not help your circumstance. He will negatively impact your recovery.

Dr. Payne has the biggest ego I have ever encountered. He spends a large amount of time trying to show off his knowledge. While he is knowledgeable, I'm not there to make small talk about topics not all that related to my treatment. He rarely returns calls himself, but rather has his receptionist respond. Considering how much money I pay to see him, I think I deserve to hear from Dr. Payne himself. I'm really not all that impressed with him, and have decided to find another doctor.

The office is very accommodating with my hectic schedule and offers excellent service. Dr. Payne personally follows up via phone and has tremendously helped me to improve my anxiety with both medication and non-pharmacological strategies. I highly recommend!
