Dr. Richard Randy Eisenberg, MD

I work for a doctor’s office and called about a mutual patient, the receptionist was very rude she answered the the phone: “ Doctor Eisenberg’s office hold and promptly put me on hold. She never asked “Can you please hold?” When she finally answered the call she acted like I was bothering her. All I was was asking for was biopsy report for this patient because they were having an upcoming surgery appointment. I don’t care how busy a day you are having or how frustrated you are you still have to be professional. If she treated another doctor’s office like this I hate to see how she treats his patients. There is a thing called proper customer service.

Dr. Eisenberg is kind, compassionate, very thorough and an expert in his field! Highly recommended!!!!

Dr Eisenberg’s gentle, calming, patient and inspires confidence. He’s also accessible. I’d give him 10 stars if I could. His front office manager, Chris, is professional and nice—a double bonus. I appreciate him a lot. He’s turned out to be a great resource.

This doctor is outsourcing his billing to people working from home from India. I have seen his patient records circulating in billing training centers in India. All patient records are not safe. Need to be careful.

I don't write reviews - but a couple these people must have gone to the wrong doctor

I've went to doctor 3 times, and each visit I am disappointed. I cannot keep up with him in conversations because he speaks so fast to the point that I can't even remember the regiment of what to take and when to take it. Nice guy and has a lot of experience, but I need someone who is trying to take care of their patients, not trying to rush them out of the office not to solve the problem.
