dr seimens is sort of a know it all doctor who fails to consult with the patient. he will make a diagnose and the scary thing he is often wrong. He has little education and seems to know little about medicine, he once told me he consulted experts in the field about an illness that I had I knew he was wrong and doubted that no doctor would make a decision like that unless the illness was discussed with the patient he frightens me and I worry for the poor veterans he treats
