Dr. Torricelli is a good Doctor but his STAFF is terrible. They don’t return voicemails, or respond to patient portal emails. Ever since he joined the Millennium Physicians Group the patient experience has really declined. If you do need anything from his staff you HAVE to go to the office and demand them to do their jobs!!!

I was a patient for many years and felt I received excellent care with Dr Torricelli. However when he joined Millineum the office staff made so many errors with prescription refills and billing that I finally left. I truly miss my favorite doctor.

Because Dr Torricelli is a top doctor he has many patients. The office staff is overwhelmed which results in a poor customer experience.

Been a patient there six years, never even met the doctor after all that time, and every time I get a refill it takes days or weeks. Then they give 0 refills so I have to call every month. I am changing doctors, substandard care

Love the Dr. He is very intelligent. The staff on the other hand are awful. You never get calls back, your prescriptions are never steady in the 48hrs, most of the staff is rude although the girls that take the messages are extremely nice snowballing to help you but have to rely on other staff members that aren't as caring and rude. This office needs help with finding better staff

This is the best doctor I've ever had. So so blessed to have found him. He's so caring and put my hubby on the right track to Dr. Paletsky for his prostate cancer. I will be forever indebted.

THIS WAS MY FIRST APPOINTMENT WITH DR.TORRICELLI AND TO ME HE SEEMED VERY SMART AND KNEW WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT..I FELT EVEN ON THE FIRST VISIT THAT I COULD TRUST HIM CARING FOR ME..I ALSO TOLD MY GIRLFRIEND ABOUT HIM AND HE IS NOW HER DOCTOR..HE HAS ORDERED SOME TEST FOR ME AND CHANGED SOME MEDICATIONS ALSO SO I WILL JUST WAIT AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS NEXT...I WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND HIM AND AS FAR AS HIS STAFF GOES..I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS YET...VERY FRIENDLY.
