Dr. Richard Taylor Zuerner, MD

At first I was pleased with Dr Zuerner. He seemed polite, and knowledgeable. He did a very invasive procedure on me, and that went ok. My follow up visit went horribly wrong. As his nurse was scanning my bladder. She said wait one moment as he tried to enter the room. He barged right in. Knocked her machine. Then as he walked by. He stated are you sure you're not pregnant. I was in a very vulnerable position; Exposed and he made fun of my body. I am in shock.

I liked the fact that I could make an appointment after work. But I didn't like that I wasn't listened to. When coming in after a visit to the er , I was told that he was sure my stone passed through. Knowing myself , and all the scar tissue I have i explained it didn't. Month later I was back in the er.... switched my dr and my new dr actually listened to me and got rid of the stone....

Excellent.

Dr. Zuerner always takes his time and ask how I am and he shares a little of his own interests too. He's a really nice guy and I'm improving under his care.
