Documented my lungs were clear and other assessment documented but never got closer than 5 ft from me. He never checked me. Happened more than a few times.

Refused to acknowledged adverse side effects of meds he prescribed. Some were horrible.

I saw Dr Harrelson at the ER. He was incredible. He quickly assessed my problem and searched for a facility and Doctor to handle my problem and arranged transfer. He started a cascade of events that has gotten me the treatment I need. He is a wonderful doctor and any patient would be very blessed to have him.
