Dr. Rima Mustafa Jibaly, MD

Awful bedside manor, extremely rude, talks down to you, and had us waiting over a hour when there was no one in the office. Only one other employee at office, who looks and sounds like she wants to taker her own life!!! Office is dark, cold, and not up to standard for a medical office. Also she didn’t address any concerns for the visit.

After repeated calls to her office she will not return any of them.. I can talk to the secratary but if you need to ask the dr a question you can not get a hold of her.. she also rushes you to the operating table before trying less invasive procedures then bills you incorectly. And doesn't seem to care.

My daughter had surgery.. I calked the office and taljed to Heather and asked if I could talk with Dr.. she said No.. And said she would talk to dr and get back to me.. almost 2 weeks later and still no call

My granddaughter has been seeing Dr. Rima Jibaly for over a year. She has been great with her. She is always willing to help her. She listens to her complaints and does whatever is necessary to make her feel better. I would recommend any child with gastro issues to get an appointment.

I go to Dr.Jibaly regularly and she is an amazing doctor. She's very friendly, She listens to your problems, she tries her hardest to help you with your problems, I've honestly never had a better doctor. I know if I go there with a problem she Will always do everything she can to help.

Dr. Rima was very kind and took the time to hear us out and explain to us what we needed to know.

Beware extremely careful taking your children to this hack. If your lucky enough to be the first apt of the day she will arrive to work 30-45 minutes later. When she gets around to seeing your child she has no patients for crying and short tempers, which is great since your little one has already been waiting for her to have her coffee and drive to work. Now that shes impatiently looking at your child she will ask you what you want her to do after she's asked the same question six times because she's documenting your answers incorrectly and reading back exactly the opposite of what she was told. Isn't that great? You'll get more info from Google then her in your search to help your child. Most importantly, what ever she prescribes your little one, go do your own research! Why would I suggest that you ask? Well it might have something to do with her prescribing something to my little one that the manufacturer explicitly says not to give to children with the condition we originally… sought help from her for. Let me be real clear here. We saw her for condition A, we had complications later, then she prescribes something for condition B that will make condition A possibly deadly.

Dr. Jibaly was a god send for us. My son was having feeding difficulties as soon as he came home from the hospital and would scream in pain for hours after eating. He was not spitting up so I was being told that he was just colicky and it would pass. My instincts were telling me it was more than that so I made an appt with Dr. Jibaly. By the time we went to her office my poor baby was fighting his feedings because of the pain it was causing him, then he began refusing to eat all together. He was born small and was not growing as he should have been. Dr. Jibaly diagnosed him with severe GERD, which can sometimes be "silent", with no or not much spit up. She prescribed medicine for him and after a little tweaking of the dosage, he was doing much better. He is currently 15 months old and was able to go off the medicine and eats normally. I have no doubt that without Dr. Jibaly, he would have ended up on a feeding tube. Follow your instincts and advocate for your children. Dr. Jibaly is… the most compassionate doctor I have ever met and will take wonderful care of your child.

My Children have been long time patients with Dr. Jibaly. We have moved with her as she changed locations. We are always glad not to feel rushed, and there is a clear plan of care in place prior to leaving the office. My children have a rare diagnosis and she has been helpful in making sure their care is #1 priority and their quality of life is the best it can be.

We were sent to see Dr. Jibaly because our infant was failing to gain weight due to severe reflux. She was professional and offered a variety of solutions until we found one that worked for us. She worked hard to accommodate our needs and go out of her way to alleviate our fears by scheduling a procedure outside of her normal hospital hours. She was also kind, courteous, and clearly loves kids. Because of her help, our son is finally gaining weight and is happy and healthy! Thanks for everything!
