Very rude staff.

Poor customer service Stuff is Always making mistakes. Do not take their work serious

Dr. Sharma is kind, considerate, extremely qualified in her field, explains everything, and is gentle when she does an examination. The office staff is friendly and helpful. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Dr, Sharma seems overwhelmed as the only practitioner in her office. She was rushed, brusque, lectured without listening. She provided inconsistent and contradictory information from one visit to another. When I got a second opinion I found that she was very incomplete in diagnosis and limited in treatments. I have gone on to receive much better care and treatment elsewhere.

Dr Sharma is a very nice, professional, knowledgeable, gentle physician. Her office staff is lovely. Highly recommend Dr. Sharma!

No bedside manner.Cold as ice. Cares more about your insurance. Then she complains about the lack of money she is being paid. Then has the audacity to ask for a Check for an assistant before she does surgery.Highly illegal. Found another Dr a much better, highly skilled surgeon. Do YOUR self a favor stay away cause all she cares about is money and not being a Dr.

Dr. Sharma is a good doctor and a nice person. I'm just appalled and disgusted that they charge a $400 new patient fee. Had I known that I would have found another doctor. I will not be going back.

I will not be going to follow up appointment, first appointment was bad enough, terrible bedside manner.

I had a bad experience with Dr. Sharma and still went back for another appointment to give her another chance and had an even worse experience the next time. She was not knowledgable about my diagnosis. She did not give me any helpful feedback, she gave me incorrect information, she didn't check important related labs, and she didn't follow up. I was very displeased with her and I learned my lesson. I will never go back.

I have two serious incidents that happened in this health care professionals office. The first was the lack of tactfulness and disregard for my privacy extended to me my the nurse that took my vitals. While weighing me she questioned my choice of birth control. This was done outside of the examination room and I felt that was unprofessional. I was willing to forgive that for the proficiency of Dr. Sharma who had been highly recommended to me by my mother. Much to my dismay, I found Dr. Sharma to be rude, condescending and unresponsive to my special needs. Dr.Sharma only spent about 10 minutes with me during my appointment. I will definitely not return.
