The most important quality Dr. Duncan conveys to me, one I insist be demonstrated by any health care provider I visit, is that he cares about me personally. Dr. Duncan is stellar in that regard. He takes the time to know who you are.

I just moved to Maryland and am pleased to have chosen Dr. Duncan as my primary care physician. He takes time to discuss my medical issues in an experienced, friendly & attentive manner.

I will never be going back to this doctor again. I have had the worst experience with him. He is neglectful towards his patients and runs his office very poorly.

I usally go to doctor's office a little early in the event I will be seen sooner than my scheduled appointment. I may have to wait 5 minutes or so beyond my time. Not bad at all. I find the staff at Harford Primary Care to be very efficient. Dr. Duncan is my preferred primary care physician and has been for many years. I find him to be a very caring doctor and as thorough as possible. He always calls me within 2-3 days with results after any testing or bloodwork. I try to be proactive with all of my healthcare providers and if I do not feel confident in their abilitities or cannot trust they are working in my best interests, I would have no problem in making the appropriate changes. I do believe Dr. Duncan pratices what he preaches in his own life and I have both confidence and trust in him as my family practiioner.
