I went to the Sussman office for MONTHS. Every time they did the same procedure and gave the same medicine. I had one appointment at another office later and they solved the issue immediately. Find another doctor.

I went to Sussman's office for FOUR MONTHS. Every time I went they did the same procedure and gave the same medicine. I went to ANOTHER GYNECOLOGIST and they fixed my problem immediately. Find another doctor!

I tried calling 4 times, on the phone at least 4-5 minutes. I was told I have to hang on longer they are very busy.

I've Been to this office plenty of times. I WI'll say I never seen sussman but it doesn't matter he has two other female obgyn Dr that works there as well.. they suck unprofessional rude miss schedule never have results. And staff is unprofessional noisy and show favoritism not the nurse but behind the desk staff..

I wouldn't recommend this obgyn to anyone. Please reconsider! Horrible bedside manner. They never follow up. I've had to call multiple times just to get lab results that only take one day to come back! My first meeting with Dr. Sussman he didn't bother to look at my file before approaching the room so instead of being aware that he was coming in to schedule me for a d&c ,because I had a missed miscarriage at 10 wks , instead I was asked if I received some "good pictures " from an ultrasound! Very insensitive. Them he had the nerve to laugh about it while my husband and I were devastated from our loss. The staff is uncaring and totally not concerned with patients. You can forget about dr. and patient confidentiality because I've been made to stand in the hallway, in front of everyone! ,to ask the doc a question twice now. And just overall do not feel as if my needs were met during my pregnancy nor the follow up that I've had to have. I have nothing good to say about this office.… My advice to anyone thinking about going here is to please reconsider. If you want adequate care for you and your child during pregnancy or even just a basic exam do not look here for it.
