the waiting room was always filled w/the elderly. They waited 1-4 hours in misery. If you ask for a copy of a test you were told that MRS Benish had to approve your request. That is malarkey !!! no such rule except in that office !! Receptionist on average were inconsiderate.

Have never met such a rude office staff that makes you call your on insurance company for every visit.Doctors are professional just need to redo his office staff

Wife and I had early morning appointment. Waited 1 1/2 hours only to be told the PA or Dr. hasn't shown up yet. We left, never heard from them , then they attempted to bill Medicare. Heard same story from many other people.

Visit this Dr's office at your own risk. These idiots don't need to be in the position of taking care of patients. No communication skills what so ever. Hours upon hours of wait time, 2-3, hours, as much as 5 hours total office visit time. Be sure to pack your lunch and/or supper when going here. The billing department is nothing but a joke. They wait months on end to file claims, and also double bill for the same visit and procedures. Run as fast as you can from this place. You have been warned

These two make such a GREAT TEAM - I knew I was finally in the right place about 30 seconds after meeting them. I felt totally taken care of & feel better for the first time in YEARS!!!

Very intelligent. It makes a difference seeing a SPECIALIST!
