Put my husband on presidone without telling him to wean off of the medication NEEDED TO TAKE HIM THE HOSPITAL TERRIBLE REACTION. What a stupid thing to do hopefully knowing with that drug how to take it and to help the patient not hurt them. Should not had happened.

I have been to this ENT office on more than one occasion. Dr. Cusumano has always addressed my concerns. His assistant is very thorough and the office staff has always been welcoming and kind. There are a few doctors in this office so it is always busy. There have been a few times that I have had to wait, but I am ok with that. The staff has always let me know how long my wait would be if I had to wait. No complaints from this patient.

Dr. Cusumano is a good doctor. Many members of family have seen Dr. Cusumano as well as other doctors in the office. Always a good experience and staff in the office has always been helpful.

Bedside manner wasn't great. Due to high volume of patients, he was terse, and acted fast with little feedback nor time for Q&A. His staff really brought this rating down. I understand doctors have to practice medicine in this manner. The system has changed to quantity over quality of care. However, there is no excuse for his front staff to complain EVERY SINGLE TIME someone calls to make an appointment, change an appointment, etc. This is the job, accept the pros and cons. If you're not able to tolerate people, I'd suggest going into the back room to vent. It is unprofessional to hear your office manager complain the way she did at the reception desk to her co-workers.

The entire experience is like cattle being herded. It's all about volume of patients rather than quality of care. The office staff is amongst the worst I ever experienced. I'm in the process of writing to the ENT board of directors. Patients don't deserve to be treated like dirt.

Dr. Cusumano is professional, kind, and insightful. After a very long unnecessary stay at the ER, I visited his office the following day to be diagnosed (accurately) with TMD in less than one hour. He was thorough in his analysis and explained exactly how I could improve my condition. I would recommend him to anyone for ear problems.

I recommend Dr, Cusumano to everyone that needs specialized treatment of the Ears which was my issue. He has an exceptional bedside manner and the experience / knowledge to make accurate diagosis and medication which lead to a fast recovery. I had an ear infection that completely shut off my hearing and it was quickly resolved. This is a dedicated, kind and gentle physician. I would recommend him to any age group of patient.
