Dr. Eppsteiner saw me as a “stat” appointment per order if my PCP. I had an incidental finding on a scan. He was attentive, reassuring, professional, and put me at ease in this very stressful time for myself and my family. Thankfully my biopsy was negative. As an RN for >40 years, I would confidently and professionally would highly recommend Dr Eppsteiner.

Dr. Eppsteiner is a highly skilled surgeon with excellent bedside manner. He put me at ease immediately with his calm demeanor and thoroughness in answering my questions about my procedure. The surgery and my recovery went smoothly. Highly recommend.

I initially came to Dr Robert Eppsteiner to inquire about a surgery to fix my deviated septum. For years I had on/off sinus migraines and other major sinus issues (eg post nasal drip, dry/itchy eyes) during the winter time from what I thought was just a simple blockage due to this complication. Dr Eppsteiner advised that the first hurdle was to remedy any ailing allergies I had prior to taking such a critical action. After determining my allergy causes were mainly during the winter time, he prescribed allergy drops for treatment. Within a year of taking them I was able to stop using OTC allergy medications (eg Flonase nasal spray, Claritin) and my dehumidifier entirely as my sinus migraines and other symptoms had largely diminished to nothing. It's been 3 years now (typical treatment plan ranges from 3-5 years depending on severity, wherein each individual is different) and I finally feel like I have my quality of life back year round, with winter included. I'm grateful a deviated… septum surgery was deemed unnecessary, as it was my biggest fear going into this scenario. Instead, I was given the go ahead to end my allergy drop treatment early as I no longer had signs of symptoms that eluded me in the past (note: I get a slight post nasal drip at times, but that's moreso from being cold in the winter than anything else). I can now be active in winter without fear or risk of being bogged done by a debilitating migraine. Thank you again Dr Eppsteiner for solving this puzzle and restoring my quality of life!

Dr. Eppsteiner was great to work with. I was having lots of issues with allergies and poor sleep due to a deviated septum. He recommended allergy drops to combat my allergies and we decided on a surgical approach for my deviated septum as conservative measures didn't work in the past. He did an excellent job with my surgery with no complications and got me in promptly for post-op follow-up. I would highly recommend Dr. Eppsteiner to anyone.

Rude, arrogant, and dismissive. Has no business working with sick people. Incompetency and a superiority complex is a dangerous thing.

Dr. Eppsteiner performed my neck surgery and did an excellent job. The surgery was a success with no complications at all. He was knowledgeable, kind, and patient.

I would highly recommend Dr. Eppsteiner The first visit was as I expected with a specialist. He took my history and ordered the initial test to assess my condition. I made the mistake of looking at the test results in the patient portal. The first reading was by a radiologist(a general reading which was generally normal). At my second visit Dr. Eppsteiner explained he looks at specifics that assist him with diagnosing ENT problems. I went from no hope for improvement with my long standing problem to a good chance of some relief with treatment. He answered all my questions pertaining to his specialty that he saw he could assist with and helped me keep focused on that. He was direct, professional, personable, and pleasant. I nearly cried after the visit. Yes, there were appointments that needing rescheduling and waits on the phone. I found the office staff in person and on the phone courteous, professional, and trying to do their very best. And I am returning to see him for yet another… problem with my cranky body. I developed couple polyps that were making my sleep very difficult. After seeing DR Eppsteiner, we tried medication. It did not do much for me. I had a virtual follow up with him and we discussed scheduling surgery to remove the polyps. He was able to get me in next day and took care of those pesky polyps. I can finally sleep restfully again. Surgery was easy and recovery was even easier. I'm very happy with my outcome.
