Dr. Robert Frank West

His demeanor was rude and condescending. I was his last appointment of the day and you could tell he cared more about getting home than helping me. Spent a total of five minutes with me and I received an incorrect diagnosis according to two other specialists who later assisted me. Don't waste your time, or His in this case.

When my Mother and I started with Doctor West two years ago he was a great Doctor and the staff was great. Now after two years it seems that he has lost his compassion for his patients and the staff at Arrowhead health centers has become rude and have a don't care attitude. It turned into a all about money practice. I would stay away from this office.

My first visit w/ Dr. West I left feeling that I never want to come back here again,as I look back at my visit The Doctor never made eye contact w/ me, was sarcastic when responding to me, still no eye contact hand shake very weak, when the Doctor was explaining his interpretation of my condition he used a small post it paper and drew diagram while sitting across from me ,which I could barely see,as he continued looking at the computer screen, still no eye contact. As he exited the exam room the tears began to fall from my eyes, and I just felt like I just wanted this to be over. I felt it wasn't important to him that he make a human connection w/ his patients. I must add that his staff was very friendly and up beat, from the time I walked in the door , so I was so looking forward to meeting my new PCP Dr. West,

Dr West seems to have lost his dedication to his job. It appears that he does his job but isn't really enjoying any of the patient contact, basically it is just a job

Excellent doctor. Listens to my concerns & is thorough in examinations and what treatment(s) & meds that will best help you. Very punctual and pleasant approach to patients concerns. I am fortunate to have him as my heath care provider after my previous fine doctor relocated.
