Dr. Robert Scott Frankenfield, MD

I met Dr Frankenfield last Monday Morning @ Tennova due to a early morning fall on the edge our our hardwood floor. I had a large gash in my left kneecap. He was very kind and gentle. It took awhile for him to carefully put 19 Staples in my knee. Tomorrow I will be getting the staples out but unfortunately he won’t be doing it.

I miss Dr Frankenfield being our of my area here in Hermitage Tn.He was most curtious,easy to talk to and very up on his dienoious,I would highly recommend him for any one,We miss you here.

Dr. Frankenfield Was My doctor when he practiced in Redkey Indiana. He is an excellent doctor and very compassionate and very concerned about your health, I sure miss him and have not found an other doctor like him. I wish him well and may God always bless him.

I was dissapointed when I learned that Dr. Frankenfield had left Summit Medical Practice in Middle Tennessee. As a senior citizen, I thought he would be my final Primary Care Physician. I really hated that he decided to move; but hope him happiness and success where ever he practices.

I sure hope Dr. Frankenfield continues practicing in the Hermitage area. He is the best Dr. in this area in my opinion. I sure have missed him, since he stepped down from Summit Primary Care. Hopefully he knows how much he is missed. I dont plan on continuing with Summit Primary Care. The last few visits the front desk staff have not been pleasant and miscommunication between front desk and nurses. I am keeping my fingers crossed that Dr. Frankenfield will start his own practice.

I am very sorry to hear that he has left Summit Primary Care. He is a very caring doctor. He listens to you and is very easy to communicate with. Maybe the best doctor I have ever had. Where ever he goes, I would highly recommend him to anyone.

My family and I love Dr. Frankenfield! We were just as shocked as everyone else when we tried to schedule an appointment with him and were told he was no longer there. He was the only good thing about that office (after seeing some of the other providers, I can understand why he left!). Rumor has it that he will be starting his own office in Mt. Juliet, I sure hope it's true!

Dr Frankenfield is or was an excellent Dr. However in the months leading up to his departure from this Clinic he was Never available & actually canceled the day off on several other occasions. Very frustrating. I have chosen Dr Gaston for my new provider & he is great. Very concerned about his patients.

Called to make a follow up appointment this morning and was shocked to find out Dr Frankenfield was no long with the practice, wish they had sent out a letter or something. I have many prescribtion drug allergies and felt completely comfortable with Dr Frankenfield and hate the idea of starting over with another Dr. Does anybody know where he moved to, I'd follow if I could find him, he was by far the best there is!
