Doctor was exellent, His asistant that puts you on the machines before the Doctor examines you. Is a first class bi---atch. I will never return to this office only because of his asistant. Front desk was exellent and very friendly. Its a pity that this doctor does not realize how she is.

He’s one of the most knowledgeable eye care pros you can find. If you have questions ask and he’ll explain everything. The wait time can be long at times but they also have Saturday appointments

This is the worst place as far as professionalism and keeping in contact with their customer. I’ve been waiting two weeks for glasses and consistently have to contact the store myself. No one reached out to let me know about the issue with the glasses. It’s inconsiderate of people time and even when my contacts arrived I still had to call myself.

This is the 2nd time I’ve had to bring someone here and I think sitting over a hour and a half is not being very considerate. The medical receptionist is not friendly at all when patients come in and I should not be able to see patients names when signing in. Hippa violation. Get the kind that when they write their name the receptionist peel it off. Never thought a place would be slower than the VA.

I've been going to Dr. Goetzinger for more then 15 years. If you are looking for a doctor with great bedside manners he is not your guy. If the care for your eyes is the most important than he is the guy. He is extremely knowledgeable and will answer all your questions thoroughly if you ask. This works for me because I’m more concerned about the health of my eyes not a friendly doctor. I know for some this won’t work. The staff members are great.

Staff was unavailable to patients and cancelled my appointment without notifying me of same. Dr frequently fails to show up on time (as specified by a patient I encountered while there). Staff treats patients like this unprofessionalism should be acceptable to the patient. Staff is extremely condescening. Rudest doctor's visit I have ever had. I opted not to wait the 90 minutes required to see him (since I was NOT notified of that postponement).

Love the staff. Very courteous .

Dr Goetzinger has the worst bedside manners I have ever experienced. He's very rude and certainly not personable. I will find a Dr who is more compassionate and doesn't mind informing their patients of what to expect during their visit. I wouldn't recommend him at all

He knows his stuff. Overall, He will be my Eye Dr. of the future
