Extremely poor communication. Stay away from this guy. It's too much trouble for this guy to call you back with important information. When you try to work to resolve issues, he lies about important facts on his patient notes. Totally caught him on a lie in his notes when compared to a previous doctor notes. He is all about the money and cares little about the folks under his care. Stay away from him.
