After 7 months, and spending over $12,000 I was told I’d have to shell out additional $6000 to get the results I should have gotten the first time around. I booked a a tummy tuck and lipo 360 bc he was the best according to most reviews. He took about less or under one liter of fat out or less if I’m not mistaken yet in the initial visit he claimed he would be aggressive and take out as much as he could up to 5 liters if needed and of course fast forward he said he’s usually conservative when doing lipo and tummy tucks Bc of the swelling, and he would recommend a revision and take more out at my expense. Very disappointed with my results. Still very swollen the upper part of my abdomen and left side of my scar is lifted. I thought I did everything right by researching. He proposed to do a revision surgery. This would consist of a scar revision and a lipo 360 revision. I don’t feel I should be out $6000 to get the results I should have gotten the first time. After I got out of surgery… the first time when he mentioned it was less or about one liter I was thinking wow I hope he took out enough but I figured he’s Dr Dallas surely he knows what he is doing, months later I see that wasn’t the case. just didn’t get the results I paid for or anything close to it and the revision list didn’t include the additional cost it would take to do the revision (his private facility and anesthesia )Many of my friends who had tummy tucks with other doctors haven’t complained of swollen abdomen or lifted scars. Many of them think he didn’t lipo enough the first time. They were really shocked at his work especially Bc he’s got a great social media platform. Don’t fall for the hype. He should want to fix this would it costing me $6000 because he failed to do enough lipo, I might not have the social Media platform he has, but I will continue to voice my experience with him to any webpage review or anyone who I see on the fenced of getting work done. I’m very disappointed he didn’t even attempt to correct what he knows was wrong

OMG. Haven't felt hot, sexy beautiful or even in the slightest at least pretty in over 20 years. I did my research on surgeons but Dr. Najera just stood out not only by his bedside manners, pristine and beautiful asymmetry work but also because he is very thorough about the procedure verbally and in writing. I seriously have tears rolling down my face after seeing my results. I always covered my stretch marks and ugly c-section scars, not to mention that nasty shelf I had going. I feel like I've finally gained my body and confidence back. I am so in Love with my results, I can't stop starring and thinking to myself "is this really my body?". ?????????? Dr. Najera may your hands forever be blessed, so you can continue changing lives and bringing back the confidence in those that come to you with hope. A million thanks to the wonderful staff too because from the moment I walked in they have always been so polite and attentive, they have always responded to all my emails… and concerns, they are very considerate of my needs and when I asked for a refill (although I couldn't another one) which I completely understood being that I was already one month out they did suggest other alternatives which definitely worked for me!! THANK YOU!!! Everyone give this man and staff a hug for me. I have received so many compliments its unbelievable!! TT/MR/360 45 yrs old

I picked Dr Najera because my friend who was a nurse had said that he does great work. Dr Najera and his staff spent a lot of time with me, making me feel very comfortable. I had a previous botched surgery that Dr Najera corrected and now I wish that I had gone to him in the first place. He was amazing!
