I am caring for my father who is 83 and just had open heart surgery. His appointment was for 10:30 we arrived at 10:15. We were left waiting for over an hour. When we asked the front office staff how much longer and what the reason was for the delay...they said the file is with the tech and you just have to wait. Upon sitting down they continued to talk about my father in Spanish knowing we could not understand and we continued to wait. Dr. Schatz, not much bed side matter but I'm not having him for dinner. He seems to be ok, but very short and quick with his time. Better be quick with your questions. We are looking for another Doctor!
