Dr. Troell is very responsive and approachable. I can text, call, and reach him anytime of night and day and he constantly checked up on me after the procedure. I have never had a plastic surgeon that attentive. He answered all of my questions very thoroughly. I went through a lot of psychological ups and downs during recovery but he took all of my “vents” and stood by my side.

Dr.Troell recommended for me, a 66, year old woman, to have laser skin resurfacing on my face, neck and décolletage, to improve the appearance of my skin. I was very unhappy with the lines formed around my mouth and my neck and décolletage had significant sun damage. I had tried a number of creams, peels, etc.... I was amazed at the result of my procedure. The healing time was about a week of peeling. My skin was glowing when the peeling stopped. I would defiantly recommend this procedure for best result with minimal down time

I had a horrible experience with another plastic surgeon 10 years ago that left my nose crooked and my nostrils misshapen/uneven. Ever since that horrible experience I was very nervous to see another surgeon to fix my mangled nose. I thankfully found Dr. Troell! He was extremely patient with me, answering all my questions plus calling me after hours when I still had questions. He is an absolutely star! He explained every single step of the procedure. Which after my last experience was greatly appreciated. He worked some serious magic on my nose! I had uneven, misshapen nostrils at risk of collapsing. He had to add cartilage from my ear to reshape my nostrils and add back the structure the first surgeon removed. He also decreased the slope of my nose which was a little too up turned. My nose finally looks normal! I could not be more happy with the results! I also want to say how amazing Amy, Stephanie, and Priscilla are. They also answered all of my questions. Were all very professional going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable before, during, and after surgery. I highly recommend Beauty by Design to anyone who’s had a terrible experience with another surgeon or who wants perfect results the first time.
