Dr. Scott graduated with a biology degree from Harding University, Searcy, Arkansas and then completed his MD degree and residency in Internal Medicine at The University of Missouri. Dr. Scott has practiced traditional primary care internal medicine at St. John's Health System in Springfield, Mo., St. Francis Hospital, Tulsa, Okla. and the Cox Health System back in Springfield, Mo. prior to joining Taylor Health and Wellness Clinic. Dr. Scott's interests include medical mission trips to Central America with emphasis in Nicaragua. He also is an avid bicyclist and when time allows pursues photography. Dr. Scott has been active in the Greene County Medical Society serving as past editor of the society's journal for 10 years and as president in 2007. Dr. Scott is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians.
