Dr. Robert Z Goldstein has the following 2 specialties
A nephrologist is a physician who is specially trained to diagnose and treat conditions affecting the kidneys or renal system.
A nephrologist will determine through urine analysis, blood test, X-ray, sonogram, or kidney biopsy how well the kidneys are functioning and will then prescribe a special diet and exercise program, medication or dialysis - a process by which a machine filters the blood when the kidney is no longer capable of doing so.
- Internal Medicine
An internist is a physician who focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of conditions that affect the adult population—both acute and chronic.
These doctors are often who adults see as their primary physicians because they treat a broad range of illnesses that do not require surgical or specialist interventions. They also work to help a patient maintain optimal health in order to prevent the onset of disease.
In addition to treating the common cold and flu, internists also treat chronic diseases like diabetes and heart disease.

Dr. G saved my life. I have depression but did not know it. I was having suicidal thoughts and told Dr. G about them. I have taken anti-depressants from another doctor but they did not work and that doctor did not diagnose me correctly. Dr. G prescribe a med for me and it saved my life. I am happy and productive more than I have been in years. I feel better about myself and about life in general.
very poor care very rude and nasty staff no consideration for patients
I've been a patient of Dr. G's since 1982. Dr. G saved my life. 10 years ago I woke up to voices telling me how I was going to die. I was open with Dr. G and he prescribed an anti-depressant and I have been voiced free ever since. Dr. G listen's, he's compassionate to the patient and passionate towards his job. Thank you Dr. G.I do not know why Dr. Mintz is still listed with Dr. G for Dr. Mintz left more than a decade ago to start his own practice.
