Dr. Robin Holly Friedman Musicante, MD

Today was my first experience with MOHs and Dr. Friedman and her assistants Karen and Terri. They make an A+ team, and it was obvious they enjoy working together. Dr Friedman called me at home, and the consult was immediately added to her schedule that next morning. MOHs was scheduled within 2 days. From the initial consult, I was kept informed, reassured and all my questions/concerns answered before I even asked! They were my advocates and VERY kind and caring, so there was no need for me to be my own advocate….NO stress! EXCELLENT surgical care and quick results from tissue taken to know for certain all the cancer was removed. The least amount of tissue was removed, and what I thought might be a huge disfiguring wound on my face, was a small incision nicely sutured so there will be little or no scarring. They never appeared to be in a rush and treated me as if I was their only patient. Written wound care instructions and supplies were sent home with me! The facility is… A*clean which is important to me too. Thank you Dr Friedman and Team!

Dr. Friedman is nice and seems conscientious about her work, but she misdiagnosed my condition. I went back several times when I did not get better. She continued to treat for a certain type of problem that I did not have. I went to another dermatologist elsewhere for a second opinion; that other dermatologist diagnosed my problem immediately on the first visit. I also thought Dr. Friedman seemed uncomfortable looking at the area (inner thigh), but someone had to examine it, right?

Dr. Friedman and the staff at Memphis dermatology are fantastic. I received a skin cancer diagnosis several months ago and was treated by a dermatologist in another town. The doctor did his job and the spot was removed and cleared. However, I was not thrilled with the doctor throughout the process so I sought a 2nd opinion and decided to drive 2 hours to see Dr. Friedman. She was fabulous and extremely thorough. She really explained everything to me and took time to sit down and answer all my questions. I am extremely thankful for Dr. Friedman and her consult and would highly recommend her and Memphis Dermatology. I rated Dr. Friedman with 5 stars only because the site did not offer 10!

You will not find a more caring dermatologist. Members of my family and several friends are also her patients and they all agree.

Very Professional, Communicates well, very through examination, and corrective action. Very pleased.

Very knowledgeable and nice. Talks a little fast and may seem a little rushed but she doesn't walk out on you until she is sure you are satisfied.
