Dr. Robin Allison Huskey, MD

DR. HUSKEY HAS BEEN MY DOCTOR FOR 6 YEARS. SHE IS EASY TO TALK TO , TAKES INTEREST IN WHAT YOUR SAYING , CARES, AND THE WALL THATS UP WITH MOST DOCTOR SEEMS TO BE ALITTLE LOWER. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE SERVICE I RECEIVE FROM HER

Not everyone in the office is friendly. I hate to call this office, not friendly and no communication skills. I have left messages for the doctor and nurse to call me back, it never happens. Where have all the good doctors and nurses gone.

She used to be a great doctor but crossed over to the dark side....it's all about money. I had a very sick friend, a patient of hers when just starting in Sevierville. He had ALS. When he died of it she attended the wake and sent a card of condolence. Very caring. Now she is aabout the money. Forget lab results by calling an automated number. Forget the 3 week wait for an appointment. Forget the usual into an exam room...see a NP or some such and a quick visit by Dr Husky. Don't forget to pay on the way out. But forget all that. I was one of her first patients as she started her practice. She spent time with me and seemed to care. Now after I have not seen her for about 3 years, I called for an appointment and was told by a person that I was no longer her patient as I have been inactive. And by the way, you are now considered a new patient and she is no longer taking new patients. How is that for a cold shower. So now here I am, 66 years old and no primary care doctor… all because I did not keep up my membership by putting money into her coffers to pay for her Lexus SUV. Nice Gal. I have lost respect for her is the main problem and then one must consider the quality of her care going forward.

staff is uncaring and rude

Dr Huskey is friendly ,knowledgeable and easy on the eye. she is obviously in great demand because there can be a wait sometimes in getting an appointment and when you do get in its not and in and out thing either. she takes the time to listen to her patients and discuss options with them. I am loathe to give this glowing report for her as im sure it will make the wait time even longer in future.

She has a good bed side manner and is knowledgabe about her skill sets as a GP. I would recomend her to anyone seeking a good GP.
