Dr. Robyn R Leitner, MD

After recently seeing Dr. Leitner I absolutely cannot understand the low ratings that she & her staff received. They all couldn’t have been more friendly, professional, informative & very helpful. Dr. Leitner was recommended to me by two different families that also had a very good experience with her & her staff. Perhaps you should look inward at the patient you were. Kindness & a connection with all people goes two ways. I hope in the future people are smart enough to make up their own minds & disregard the nasty things that were said about this Urologist & her practice. If not you will be missing out on a caring good doctor.

I'm appalled with this practice in Manasquan. I showed up for appointment to find it was canceled. We rescheduled and i just received word i must be rescheduled again. In all.of my years i have never had such inconsiderate behavior. I cant believe this is 2x in a row. I rate Dr Leitner a zero. Im considering contacting AMA and BBB.

Poor care the absolute worst communicators they do not return calls the condition has only worsened with infections and they still cant get me in for a month, what about the patients expectation for care. Please read all the reviews if you have other options run to them. Your care pain or discomfort will never be a priority here

In 2014 Dr Leitner removed a tumor from my bladder ??. She has monitored me carefully since that time. I am confident she is the best doctor I could have.

Office was never open on time. Office non responsive to voicemail . When finally got hold of the office they were rude and dismissive not at all helpful in the time of health need . They absolutely did not care . I’m sure they are in great demand but that doesn’t mean you can or should be rude and dismissive

This staff is horrible, especially Samantha the office manager, never returns your calls and doesn't take care of any problems promptly. Like Dr but might switch because of staff!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Leitner is not only exceptional in performance of her profession, she is a rare physician who actually cares and provides a positive support system for her patients. She exemplifies what all doctors should bring to the table when treating their patients.

you would think that a DR seeing you for the first time should give you a examination to find out what is going on in your bladder. I have not been touch by this DR in a year. she sits on her computer and takes down what you say. after waiting for 1hr or moe she gives me 5 mins of her time. very unprofessional.

Dr Leitner is a very friendly and caring doctor. She makes you feel very comfortable and answers all your questions. She is wonderful. Unfortunately, I had to stop going to her bc of her staff. They are extremely rude and pushy. If you end up having to get a lithotripsy ( or a couple of them) as I had to do then you have to deal with Heather who is in charge of that. She is extremely rude and impatient, if you have to reschedule or your appt or call her back for a question, you'll get your sentences cut short and hung up on as I did. She made me feel like I was being a bother, and it became too difficult for me to continue seeing Dr.Leitner bc of her and some of the other staff. I don't have 1 bad thing to say about Dr Leitner though, great doctor, horrible staff for the most part.

Dr. Leitner is probably the friendliest doctor I have ever met. She is super caring and willing to sit with you and explain anything you might have questions about. She is thorough and kind and I'm so glad I found a doctor like her
