Dr. Roger Allan Dailey, MD

Dr. Dailey had the confidence, knowledge and experience I was looking for after being diagnosed with Graves Eye Disease. I was never rushed and he answered all my questions and concerns. With a rare eye disease I appreciate his levity during heavy discussions. I just had my surgeries with him 2.5 weeks ago and very pleased with my results. He is a perfection!

Dr. Dailey and his staff are superb, caring, and extremely patient and understanding. I could not have asked for a better outcome to the repair of 2 previous surgeries in Seattle that had not produced a satisfactory outcome. I cannot say enough about these talented, caring people and Dr. Dailey’s expertise and talent. He is a miracle worker!

Very uninformative on the injuries sustained. Never showed xrays until asked for copies of them. Never explained xrays. Rude and disrespectful wait staff. I will never visit this office or deal with this man in any way shape or form ever again. Worst experience of my life.

I have seen Dr. Dailey for two separate issues. Both times I found him incredibly knowledgeable, pleasant and patient. He answered all my questions in full and gave me lots of opportunities to express my opinions and concerns. His surgical skills are outstanding. I wish we lived closer because I would go to him for all my ocular and ophthalmologic needs.

During my appointment I was first seen by one OHSU student then another resident. Finally, Dr. Dailey decided to make an appearance. He only saw me for a few minutes and refused to take my questions seriously. He refused to answer follow-up questions and his assistant didn't know how to answer simple questions. This is the 2nd doctor at Casey Eye Institute who has treated me poorly. OHSU clearly doesn't think patient care is a priority. Please don't waste your time with this "physician".

I was very disappointed in Dr. Dailey because he did not seem to care about me or my fairly complicated case as a patient. I traveled a long distance to see him, and he did not spend time reviewing referring providers' letters, asking me questions, or allowing me to ask him questions. It was very frustrating and a waste of time. I was pretty upset after seeing him because of the above reasons.
