I saw Dr. Bentley twice and both times he arrived to the appointment LATE. The first time was 45 minutes late, the second was a full hour. This is beyond the 15 minutes that you are told to show up early for the appointment. He made excuses for being late, and then seemed disinterested in what I had to say. Also, I have left messages with his assistant and cannot ever get a response back. Hopefully someone with authority reads these comments, and corrects this kind of unprofessional behavior. Especially when you make the kind of money these people do, you should at least show up on time and do your job. Long story short, my insurance and I paid a whole lot of money to Dr. Bentley for zero results and four hours of wasted time. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
