Dr. Rosario Badar Retino, MD

The office looks dirty and the staff is not well trained. The staff is unprofessional and they never follow through when asked for a call back. I want to change Dr's but because of my work schedule have not been able to. I wouldn't recommend friends or family to go to that office.

the PA that is on staff is rude and is rushing u out the room doesnt let u finish asking her a question she dont care about anything she acts like she checks ears throat and heart but she dont spend a minute when she says its just a viral infection it will go away like really . i would like to see dr retino but they always say the y never have appts with herself i think Dr retino needs better staff

To see Dr.Retino with an appointment your looking at an hour and forty minute wait on a good day.Without an appointment don't make any plans for the day because guaranteed a 3 hour wait minimum.She explained she sees over 60 patients a day.So I understood but as in waiting I see a patient coming out every 35 mins..so I didn't believe it to much. The assistants are very very rude and seem unhappy and the dr RARELY returns messages and phone calls.

They had us waiting in the waiting room for more than 2 hours... It's always dirty in there.

No notification was sent to patients with scheduled appointments, when she moved medical office locations from Chino Hills to Chino. It was so frustrating. When I infomred her staff of the error, they never even apologized or said why they had not bothered to notify anyone in advance.

The doctor is great! Unlike physicians today, Dr. Retino will spend as much time as you want/need and answer every question. She is great with kids and has a great attitude and pleasant disposition. My only gripe is with appointments they are sometimes not available same day or even same week. You can, however, just show up but you will wait 30 minutes or so. I cannot overstate enough how much my wife and I, and our 20 month old son love Dr. Retino. I would not trust another pediatrician with my son.

sometimes i just want to get an appointment on the same day. I understand if i call late i dont expect one right away, but sometimes i call right when you open and they tell me you dont have a opening till the week after? but besides that i wouldnt trade you, you have been seeing my kids since birth and i will keep on taking them, thank you!
