Horrible experience. Staff is terribly rude; hard to reach anyone on the phone. Office has changed considerably over the years. Seems to be all about making money now. Doesn't return calls or answer messages on portal. Patient care has declined. Would not recommend this doctor.

This place is now a joke, very incompetent office staff, always messing up appointments and can not manage to send prescriptions to a mail away pharmacy online, not that difficult! Seems they've become all about selling supplements and injectables and no longer care about the welfare of the patients who used to seek her for her knowledge and holistic approach. Didn't mind paying out of pocket when I used to see the doctor, but know you're lucky to get an in person appointment and that is only when the office hasn't made a mistake. I rearranged a vacation based on my appointment date just to be told the day of that the appointment wasn't mine but someones who had a similar name, really? Find someone else whose priority is the actual patient and not the money! Do not go here unless you want nothing buy aggravation.

I've been seeing Dr. Carfora since 1997 when I was injured and my husband had a hear attack, and we've been seeing her ever since. She's caring and very intelligent. She spends time with her patients, which is rare today. Dr. Carfora has seen us through illness and injury for over 20 years. We trust her implicitly and highly recommend her for all of your medical needs.

Roxanne Carfora is a disgrace to the medical community. She did not provide care to my mother and ignored my mother's several attempts to discuss abnormal lab results at a time when my mother's cancer was metastasizing. My mother has since passed away, only three months after her diagnosis by another doctor. Roxanne Carfora ignored my mother at a time when she could have made a difference in her health, and directly contributed to her death. She should be banned from the medical community, she is a businesswoman, not a doctor.

I had not problems with her move - which was not of her choosing. I have been seeing her for years to manage hypothyroidism. Only doctor who listens and examines every aspect of bloodwork to maximize results. Doesn't just test and go by labs, she will work with how you feel. The front office is exceptionally better - yes, there was one very brusque employee. All office and PA staff, awesome.

The medical industry certainly needs more of what Dr Roxanne Carfora possesses. Compassion and knowledge being on the top of the list amongst so much more. She lives her life caring for humanity and anything that breaths. Her focus is solely on your personal needs when you are in her company. She hears everything you say and processes it before the the conversation is over. When the conversation is done, she already has a clear firm direction as to where to send you, what tests your going to need, to attack the culprit that’s messing with your wellness. I’m not using The term appointment, or office visit Because when you are in your appointment with her, You feel like your on a visit with a caring, loving , knowledgeable, family member. I think we all agree, the medical field today is quite frustrating to deal with, to say the least. It’s difficult almost impossible to find a physician who honestly cares about their patients… wellness and needs in a way that we all need them too. Dr. Roxanne Carfora cares. She will pull you out of the tornado of useless appointments, and tests with no answers, that these physicians today suck you into. She not just a specialist in her chosen area, she’s a specialist in you, and what you need. I am a 61 year old women, and let me tell you, you do not find that quality and knowledge anywhere, not today. Yes, sometimes the office stuff is nuts, and you have to wait to see her longer than you want, she’s worth it, and even more so, so are you. I know I am. I think we all have to realize, running an office, dealing with these crazy times and ridiculous insurance plans, authorizations, approvals, all that stuff has no bearing on the quality and care that comes from her expertise. Yeah, she’s highly sort after, so no, your not getting an appointment the next day with her. Unless, it’s an emergency. Keep in mind one thing when your frustrated because you had to wait longer than you wanted . She’s with a patient, and that patient is her mind is the only importance at that time. When it’s your turn? Someone else after you is sitting and waiting. When she’s with you, your getting the attention, and time that you need . She’s not thinking about who’s sitting in that waiting room waiting. She’s focused solely on you and your needs. So like I said before, go with patients, and know your getting the best care ever from a firm, knowledgeable , caring, and generous Doctor. This is my opinion, and experience knowing, and having her as my Family Practitioner . Remember she, and the office Workers, her PA, aren’t gods or magicians. Their all human, just like us.

Moved location to St. James and never notified existing patients. Also left several messages cause no one ever answers the phone and never received a call back.

Dr. Carfora relocated her practice abruptly , I had no idea where she went until finally searching online for her . No letter no phone call advising of the move. Then to make matters worse , she charged me for a no show fee which I cancelled MONTHS ago due to the fact she doesn’t have any hours available for working people !! The front desk did not cancel my appointment properly . Extremely disappointing because I really liked her and the office initially .

the tall blonde woman that gives sonograms is so nasty..doesnt say hi ..is rough...she gives you the paper towel to clean off the gel...no personality..i always feel anxious when i have go see her..and why..if a office opens at 8am...you have to listen to voice mail? no one answers
