He completed his Medical Residency at the Albany Medical Center in Albany, NY. He then completed his Fellowship in Cardiology at the Albany Medical Center in 1974. Dr. Gay is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology. He is a Fellow of the American of Cardiology.
